Particle Blasting Chamber:
Equipped with a servomotor, which synchronously drives the rotating table and the screw conveyor.
Another servomotor provides the vertical movement of the particle sprayers.
The chamber is lined and has doors that can be opened from multiple sides, with one side having a lifting opening.
Table size: 900 mm in diameter.
Maximum object size that can be placed: 1000 mm x 1000 mm in diameter

Extraction System:
Ensures the extraction of dust resulting from spraying, which it can perform in its own airspace. Equipped with bag filters on the exhaust side and cartridge filters on the extraction and dust separation side.

Cup-type Distributor and Particle Sprayer Tank:
The cup-type distributor transports the shot to a collector after the screw dispenser, which has a 3-stage filter for cleaning the particles (vibrating filter).
The tank has outlets where the dosage of particle spraying can be regulated.
